What this site collects
RapidRSP.com is a marketing website. The only information it collects is what you choose to send: the details you type into the estimate request form, and anything you include when you call, text, or email.
The estimate form currently runs in your browser only. Nothing is stored in a database and no account is created for you. When the request is connected to our scheduling system, this page will be updated to say exactly where the information goes.
Information you might send
Depending on how you get in touch, that can include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The town or address where the work would happen
- A description of the job and any photos you attach
- Your preferred way of being contacted
How it is used
Information you send is used to respond to your request, quote the work, schedule it, and follow up about that job. It is not sold, rented, or traded.
We may keep records of past jobs so that returning customers do not have to explain the history of a property from scratch.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently run third-party advertising trackers. If basic traffic analytics are added later, this section will name the tool and describe what it measures before it goes live.
Text messages and calls
If you text the business number, standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Replies are sent only in response to your request or about work in progress.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email Mark@RapidRSP.com or call (609) 727-4361 and say what you would like done.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change as the site adds features such as online scheduling or payments. The date at the top reflects the last meaningful update.
